Saying I’m happy to share this first video with Kona bikes is a true shortcut to describe my feelings
I’m truly happy and proud to present this first personal project built with the support of KONA bikes.
This is a special one, not a long story but a fierce will to express a period and a feeling. The anticipation to ride in the mountain while the winter isn’t quite over.
But when there is a chance of mountain riding I will take it. If there is a chance to express the esthetic of the lines, when the mountains play with the snow patches and the clouds.
I love the mountains, I love to share my vision and be artistic.
This was a video essai, about the raw nature of the mountain and our deep love for it.
We shooted that short piece in the Diois range, south of Grenoble, France with Antoine Bussier. Accomplished mountain biker, filmmaker and guide.
I was riding the little mountain beast, the KONA PROCESS 134,
equipped in Shimano transmission and brakes, Raceface cockpit, cranks and NextR wheels. Marzocchi suspensions and Maxxis tires.
In the rest of my partners I’m happy to work with Gorewear, Evoc, Urge and Julbo. BeeA energy and Effetto Mariposa complete the frame.
